Denn Charly G. Espanola is a Philippines citizen. He gained his Bachelor of Science degree from the US Naval Academy, USA in 1995. He also completed postgraduate education at Ateneo De Manila University and the Asian Institute of Management. His expertise is in the field of toll road concession procedures, public offerings, and procurement procedures for public-private partnership projects, and is experienced in managing start-up operations, especially for toll road operational systems. This experience was gained from 14 years in toll roads, tunnels and bridges operations and maintenance. Before being assigned to Indonesia, he worked at the Metro Pacifics Toll Road Company in Vietnam.
